1st, the frames were packed in a tight fitting cardboard box with no packaging which Amazon then shipped in a significantly larger box with NO packing materials. Unfortunately, one of the frames arrived with a crushed corner, about 2 inches of damage in either direction.2nd, I am using this to display a set of Pokemon Cards. It is very difficult to get the cards seated square in the frame, especially in the slots that are on the outside of the insert. Unfortunately, because the cards have a border consisting of straight lines it makes it VERY noticeable.Overall, the frames still look good and the price was the best I found so I still give them a 3 Star review. I am fairly sure I can find a way to fix the corner but if not I'll update this review.This product would benefit from better shipping. If your displaying Sports cards and they arrive undamaged you'll be happy. if you are displaying Pokemon cards or Magic the Gathering cards, you may want something different just because of the border and difficulty getting them perfectly level and straight in the frame insert.**********Purchased a 2nd set of frames. They arrived in a form fitting box from the manufacturer with no external packing from Amazon. One of the frames has scratches on one side with damage to the paint.Most importantly the white insert that holds the cards was cut poorly and after placing all 50 cards in it and hanging it up nearly half of the cards fell through the insert. As a result I had to redo the mounting and tape all of the cards in place to prevent them from falling.I lowered my review from a 2 to a 3 due to the unreliable shipping methods which caused 2 of the 4 I purchased to have minor damage AND due to the inconsistent quality in the card holding insert which was an issue in all 4 frames.
